I'm Martin Bolsønes. I live in Fredrikstad, where I design the future.

I'm Martin Bolsønes, a eager and creative frontend developer that enjoys creating modern and user-friendly web applications. I am always seeking to improve myself and this summer I finished a year of Backend Development studies.

I finished my studies in Frontend Development at Noroff School of technology and digital media in Oslo, Norway in 2022. I have been working with frontend development for about 3 years now and my interest in creative development comes from my passion to beeing able to create something from idea to a finished product. The opportunities and possibilities in web development is what inspires me to do what I do.

Through my studies at Noroff I gathered most experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript. My main focus now is React and often through Next.js. As well as creating responsive applications through pure CSS, I also have worked with frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind and Mantine. I do most of my designs in Figma, but I have also been working with Adobe XD. I like to stay updated on different tools and countinue to learn. Some of the things I do want to learn more about is Typescript. I have also worked with React Native, Firebase, Strapi and Sanity.
